**Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, which include store organization, inventory control, and implementing marketing strategies. This role involves guiding the sales team to achieve financial targets, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and upholding the store’s overall presentation. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Additionally, the position requires the physical capability to remain on your feet for extended durations and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds, along with holding a high school diploma.
