The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in aiding the Store Manager with everyday operations, emphasizing the enhancement of sales, profitability, and customer service excellence. This position involves overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of store staff, while also maintaining visual merchandising standards and implementing loss prevention strategies. Applicants should possess at least three years of experience in luxury retail management, coupled with a solid grasp of store operations and business growth. A strong command of retail point of sale systems and Microsoft Office is essential, along with the physical capability to handle inventory.
