The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in aiding the Store Manager to reach sales and profitability targets while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are upheld. This position involves training staff, overseeing daily operational tasks, and managing the hiring and selection processes. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail, ideally within the jewelry or specialty sectors. Familiarity with POS systems, basic computer equipment, and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, are essential.
