**Store Manager**
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in guiding a team of 30-40 staff members to achieve sales objectives, in addition to overseeing the store’s financials and daily operations. This position entails responsibility for recruitment, employee training, and acting as the main community liaison for the store. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing sizable teams and demonstrate solid skills in budget creation and operational oversight. Proficiency in MS Office and a capacity to navigate changes effectively are key prerequisites for this role.
