**Job Title: Assistant Superintendent**
The Assistant Superintendent plays a key role in overseeing community job sites, which involves supervising subcontractors, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that construction timelines are adhered to. This position also includes conducting walk-throughs with homeowners and enforcing safety and cleanliness standards on-site. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with six months to two years of experience in a related construction field. Proficiency in MS Office, the capability to interpret construction drawings, and a valid driver’s license are essential qualifications.
