The Patient Access Associate is responsible for overseeing patient registration, validating insurance benefits, and organizing appointment scheduling within the OBGYN department. This role includes aiding patients with financial application processes and ensuring a secure, professional atmosphere. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a medical office setting. An Associate degree can be accepted in lieu of the required experience.
