Job description
The Training Supervisor plays a crucial role in creating and implementing technical training programs for maintenance craft personnel at various energy facilities. This position involves overseeing course schedules, assessing student performance, and ensuring adherence to welding and safety regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience in industrial maintenance or technical training. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred, and a solid understanding of mechanical systems and welding practices is essential.
