**Job Title: Regional Manager**
The Regional Manager is tasked with supervising the business operations of several scientific teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. This role includes managing team performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and facilitating new business development efforts. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity. A solid background in pharmaceutical, clinical, or GMP laboratory environments is essential.
