Job description
The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for coordinating on-site activities related to new home construction, which includes overseeing subcontractors, managing materials, and handling equipment. They guarantee that all work complies with quality standards, building regulations, and project timelines while promoting a safe working environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and some college education is advantageous. Previous experience in residential new home construction is also preferred.
