**HR Generalist**
The HR Generalist will act as the main liaison for employee relations, addressing conflict resolution, and conducting workplace investigations within a global team. This position also includes overseeing performance assessments, facilitating training initiatives, managing recruitment efforts, and ensuring adherence to both international and domestic labor regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 4 years dedicated to employee relations and 3 years in international HR settings. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, alongside a solid understanding of US labor legislation and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
