The Dock Lead plays a crucial role in upholding an organized warehouse environment, ensuring precise staging of shipments, and supervising the safe use of material handling equipment. This position entails guiding the team through daily warehouse functions, such as receiving, picking, and packaging inventory. Applicants should possess 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse setting and be skilled in operating sit-down forklifts and walkies. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, as well as the capability to lift up to 60 pounds and thrive in a dynamic work atmosphere.
