**Job Title: Assistant Team Leader**
The Assistant Team Leader plays a pivotal role in enhancing store operations by mentoring team members, overseeing inventory management, and guaranteeing exceptional customer service. This position is tasked with daily store operations, maintaining cleanliness, and guiding the team when the Team Leader is unavailable. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent along with 6–9 months of experience in an assistant manager role or similar. The role demands excellent communication abilities, the capacity to lift weights up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
