**Job Title: Site-Level Recruitment and Development Manager**
The Site-Level Recruitment and Development Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the complete recruitment process, onboarding, and growth of employees at various site locations. This position focuses on enhancing employee retention strategies, evaluating staffing metrics, and delivering on-site coaching to leadership teams to ensure optimal operational performance. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or multi-unit management within fast-paced environments. Solid knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems and a firm grasp of fundamental employment law is essential.
