Job Summary
The Assisted Living Manager is tasked with the comprehensive management of clinical, financial, and human resource operations in both assisted living and memory care units. This role involves supervising nursing and care staff while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining exceptional resident care standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinical operations within the assisted living and memory support units.
- Manage financial activities and human resources within the facility.
- Supervise nursing and caregiving personnel to ensure high-quality resident support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high standards of care.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 3 years in geriatric care.
- Current state-specific Assisted Living Manager license is essential.
- Valid CPR and AED certifications are required.
