**Job Title: Assisted Living Supervisor**
The Assisted Living Supervisor is in charge of managing the daily functions, staff schedules, and resident services at Deerwood Crossing Senior Residences. This role includes ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, overseeing personalized care plans, and promoting effective communication among staff, families, and healthcare professionals. Applicants should possess a Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) license with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or have between 5 to 7 years of management experience. A minimum of an associate degree is required, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications and the capacity to successfully complete thorough background checks.
