Job description
The Associate Attorney will take charge of significant family law matters, guiding them from the initial contract phase through to the final decree. This role includes handling contested divorces and intricate SAPCR cases. Responsibilities encompass client representation in court, conducting depositions, and overseeing the litigation process, with the assistance of paralegals. Applicants must have a valid Texas bar license for a minimum of two years and at least two years of focused experience in Texas family law litigation. Familiarity with legal software such as Clio and TxDoc is essential, along with a commanding presence in the courtroom.
