The Onboarding Associate oversees the compliance procedures prior to employment, which encompass background verifications, drug screenings, and the confirmation of documentation. This role also entails delivering exceptional front-office customer service and supporting general administrative duties within the office. The preferred candidate will possess experience in customer service or sales and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting. A bachelor’s degree is favored, and proficiency in Spanish is viewed as advantageous.
