Job description

**Job Title: Chaplain and Community Engagement Coordinator**

This position focuses on developing and nurturing relationships with donors, as well as spearheading fundraising efforts, while offering spiritual support, pastoral care, and religious instruction to both clients and team members. The individual in this role will serve as an advocate for clients and will oversee campus initiatives to foster a trauma-informed setting. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as religion or divinity is highly desirable, and candidates should ideally have chaplaincy certification or be working towards it. Applicants should possess experience in the non-profit sector, be active participants in a Southern Baptist congregation, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities.
