**Service Advisor**
The Service Advisor plays a key role in engaging with customers regarding their automotive repair requirements and promoting warranty options, all while upholding exceptional customer satisfaction levels. This position involves overseeing the service process, delivering precise repair quotes, and facilitating effective communication between customers and technicians. Ideal candidates should have prior experience as an automotive service advisor and demonstrate excellent customer service capabilities, along with strong skills in telephone communication and computer use. A valid driver’s license and the capability to clear a pre-employment background check are essential qualifications for this role.
