Job description
The Associate Direct Support Manager is responsible for managing the everyday functions of both residential and day service programs, which includes staff scheduling and overseeing facility upkeep. This role also involves delivering direct support to individuals, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and recording developmental advancements. Applicants should have a high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. Additionally, certification in medication management, CPR, and first aid is necessary, but candidates can complete this training after being hired.
