This role also involves delivering direct support to individuals, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and recording developmental advancements. Applicants should have a high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. Additionally, certification in medication management, CPR, and first aid is necessary, but candidates can complete this training after being hired.
