**Job Title: Associate Director**
The Associate Director is responsible for the management of clinical pharmacy initiatives, the supervision of the hospital’s drug formulary, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. This role also includes overseeing staff, conducting performance assessments, and promoting teamwork across disciplines to enhance patient safety and clinical results. Applicants must be a licensed pharmacist in Florida and possess a degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy. A minimum of eight years in a similar pharmacy management position is necessary, with a Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration being desirable.
