The Associate Director oversees internal design teams and collaborates with cross-functional partners to create effective, user-centered strategic solutions. This role entails ensuring visual brand consistency, guiding design team members, and managing the execution of projects to achieve client objectives. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in design consulting or management. A robust portfolio showcasing comprehensive design work along with a strong command of design thinking and visual communication is essential.
