Job description
The Associate Director plays a critical leadership role in guiding operational initiatives to align with the strategic objectives of TWRI across all its programs. This position is responsible for overseeing project management processes, facilitating funding initiatives, and ensuring steady advancement towards the Institute’s research and community engagement objectives. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of eight years of managerial experience. A strong command of office software, combined with excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities, is essential.
