The Associate Director is responsible for managing the International Content Excellence framework, guiding the processes related to content lifecycle, and ensuring adherence to brand strategy and regulatory compliance. This role involves leading multifaceted teams to enhance content production, adopt innovative technologies, and monitor performance indicators to foster ongoing enhancements. Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing within a regulated pharmaceutical context. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with a preference for advanced qualifications like an MBA, MSc, or PharmD.
