Job Summary
The Associate Director Scheduler Lead for Data Center Construction plays a vital role in overseeing scheduling operations essential to the successful delivery of data center construction projects. This position is responsible for ensuring that the scheduling processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with project timelines and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for data center constructions.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate schedule requirements into planning and execution.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Provide regular updates and reports on scheduling metrics and progress to stakeholders.
- Implement best practices in scheduling methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Lead a team of scheduling professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project scheduling within the construction industry, specifically data centers.
- Strong proficiency in scheduling software tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving project success.
