Job description
The Associate Director is in charge of the Futures and Cleared Derivatives treasury team, managing FCM treasury functions, ensuring regulatory adherence, and overseeing collateral management. This role includes the oversight of bank account reconciliations, margin settlements, and fostering process enhancements within a geographically distributed team. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree alongside 8–10 years of relevant experience in futures operations or treasury, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership position. A deep understanding of CFTC regulations and expertise in treasury systems, such as ION XTP, is essential.
