Job Summary
The Associate Director will spearhead field analytics and strategy, focusing on segmentation, targeting, and performance evaluation for teams involved in lung-related initiatives. This role entails being an analytical leader who collaborates closely with senior commercial leaders to enhance field operations and optimize resources effectively.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in commercial or field analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and various BI tools.
- Excellent communication abilities, particularly in translating complex data into practical insights.
