Job description
The Associate Engineer plays a crucial role in implementing and overseeing tools for monitoring client environments throughout service transitions. They liaise with both internal and external teams to guarantee seamless service delivery while upholding the monitoring infrastructure. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of IT experience, particularly with Linux and Windows platforms, as well as 1-2 years in enterprise monitoring. Strong skills in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell and familiarity with network architectures are highly advantageous.
