**Job Title:** Energy Management Validation Specialist
In this role, the specialist will design and implement validation processes for energy management solutions, focusing on exploring system-level behaviors to uncover the underlying causes of technical challenges. They will work closely with cross-functional teams in hardware, firmware, software, and cloud to facilitate problem resolution and guarantee compliance with system specifications. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science. The position demands experience in diverse engineering settings, excellent analytical troubleshooting abilities, and a solid understanding of power electronics along with communication protocols.
