Job Summary
The Associate Mechanical Engineering Lead is tasked with managing projects and guiding mechanical design efforts for a variety of healthcare initiatives. This role involves ensuring high-quality standards in design, fostering client relationships, and providing mentorship to the mechanical team based in Houston.
Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design aspects of multidisciplinary healthcare projects.
- Oversee and uphold quality standards in engineering practices.
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients to maintain project integrity.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to junior members of the mechanical team in Houston.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
- Current US Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- A minimum of 12 years’ experience specializing in building HVAC design, particularly in healthcare environments.
