Job description
**Associate Nurse Manager**
The Associate Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising the functions of the patient care team and working alongside leadership to fulfill the strategic objectives of the hospital and the unit. This position includes the development of a proficient staff and the implementation of resource utilization that is both efficient and cost-effective to enhance patient outcomes. Applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid Ohio RN license. A minimum of two years of registered nursing experience in a high-acuity environment, along with progressive leadership experience, is essential.
