Job Summary
The role involves providing critical support for credit and capital solutions through the comprehensive process of underwriting, modeling, structuring, and executing transactions related to real estate financing and credit investments. This position also encompasses coordinating due diligence, managing closings, and handling portfolio reporting.
Responsibilities
- Execute underwriting, modeling, structuring, and closing of real estate financing and credit investments.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and ensure accurate portfolio reporting.
- Assist in the management of investment strategies through property performance analyses and valuations.
- Contribute to budget preparation, business planning, acquisition assessment, and asset disposition strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, accounting, or a related area.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, credit, or structured finance.
- Strong analytical abilities and expertise in financial modeling.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Argus software.
- Knowledge of financing documentation and structures.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
