Job description
The Associate will conduct financial analyses and create underwriting documentation for intricate corporate credit applications, such as leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and recapitalizations. Additionally, this role entails continuous credit oversight, risk assessment, and the administration of a portfolio focused on leveraged credit relationships. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial underwriting, credit analysis, or banking, with a strong preference for expertise in leveraged finance. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a comparable discipline is mandatory, while an MBA is highly desirable.
