**Store Manager**
The Store Manager is tasked with guiding and managing the store team, overseeing everyday operations, and guaranteeing outstanding customer engagement. Additionally, this role involves monitoring financial performance, managing inventory, and training staff to align with company standards. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification and have 1 to 2 years of experience in retail. The position demands the capability to work 50 hours weekly, maintain a valid driver’s license, and handle physical responsibilities, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
