Job description
The Associate Retail Travel Agent plays a crucial role in designing travel itineraries both domestically and internationally, while fostering lasting relationships with clients. This position involves processing travel reservations, informing clients about the advantages of AAA membership, and reaching set sales objectives. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year’s experience in retail and hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Expertise in travel booking systems and excellent communication abilities are essential, with the expectation of obtaining a Certified Travel Associate designation within two years.
