In addition, they will function as a Senior Project Manager for substantial design projects, while nurturing essential client partnerships. Applicants should possess a Professional Engineer license valid in multiple states and have a minimum of 20 years of experience within the municipal water/wastewater industry. A track record of effectively managing large-scale design projects with fees over $1 million is necessary.
