Job description
Job Summary
The BIM Manager in Hanover will lead and oversee the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes throughout all project phases. This role involves collaboration across diverse teams to enhance project delivery and efficiency through effective modeling practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of BIM strategies across projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Develop and maintain BIM documentation and standards.
- Provide training and support to team members in BIM software and methodologies.
- Monitor BIM execution plans and compliance to project specifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with BIM technologies and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit and Navisworks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
