Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience with a national news organization and be proficient in video editing programs such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or AVID. A bachelor’s degree is essential, along with a demonstrated track record of successfully expanding audiences on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
