**Job Title: Associate Video Producer**
The Associate Video Producer is responsible for editing and filming video content tailored for social media and the PEOPLE app, with an emphasis on transforming longform features into engaging vertical clips and crafting dynamic social teasers. This role involves working closely with reporters, editors, and motion graphics artists to deliver captivating, high-quality video content under tight deadlines. Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience with a national news organization and be proficient in video editing programs such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or AVID. A bachelor’s degree is essential, along with a demonstrated track record of successfully expanding audiences on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
