Job description
**Atlassian Engineer**
The Atlassian Engineer will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and enhancement of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management in a cloud setting. This role involves designing workflows, overseeing integrations, and delivering Tier 2/3 support to maintain platform stability and optimize process efficiency. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in managing Atlassian platforms. Proficiency in Jira Cloud, knowledge of IT service management best practices, and experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs are essential.
