**Mortgage Processor**
The Mortgage Processor plays a key role in examining loan applications to guarantee alignment with investor and federal standards, overseeing the loan documentation from application phase through to closing. This position serves as the main point of contact for both borrowers and agents, while also collaborating with the underwriting team to address any outstanding conditions. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED along with 2 to 4 years of mortgage loan processing experience. A comprehensive understanding of FHA/VA, FNMA, FHLMC, and various compliance regulations is essential.
