Job description
**Job Title: Service Technician**
The Service Technician is responsible for visiting customer locations every day to conduct regular maintenance, repairs, and testing on cash automation products, including ATMs and ITMs. This role involves meticulously documenting all service tasks, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely technical assistance. A High School diploma or equivalent education is mandatory, while an Associate degree in Electronics is highly desirable. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving history, and the physical capability to lift weights of up to 100 pounds.
