**Job Title: Continuous Improvement Engineer**
The Continuous Improvement Engineer acts as a specialist in manufacturing operations, with a strong emphasis on process stabilization and promoting a lasting Lean culture. In this role, they facilitate cross-disciplinary Kaizen events, apply data-driven enhancements, and mentor teams to maintain process efficiency and control. Applicants should possess 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a solid grounding in Lean methodologies and process maintenance. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering is mandatory, accompanied by skills in conducting time studies and overseeing the ROI of capital projects.
