Job description
As part of this position, you will assess vehicle damage, evaluate repair expenses, and facilitate fair agreements. Additionally, you will offer support to clients following accidents and liaise with collision repair shops, rental agencies, and suppliers for parts. Applicants should possess experience in customer service and demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in the designated area. This role mandates participation in a remunerated training program that includes practical training in Virginia and experience at a field training center.
