**Universal Banker**
The Universal Banker plays a vital role in delivering a wide range of services at the branch level, which includes processing teller transactions, managing customer accounts, and promoting various banking products. This position entails upholding BSA/AML regulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for customers. Ideal candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with prior experience in customer service; experience as a teller is advantageous. A solid command of Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are essential for successfully managing day-to-day banking operations as well as compliance responsibilities.
