Job description
In this position, you will evaluate and analyze vehicle damage, provide repair cost estimates, and negotiate fair settlements. Engaging with all parties involved, you will also oversee rental car logistics to enhance customer satisfaction. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid driver’s license. Experience in customer service or a high-volume call center environment is advantageous, in addition to having excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
