Job description
Oversee a substantial volume of environmental liability claims, which involves analyzing coverage, supervising litigation, and establishing reserves. Work in partnership with underwriters, legal advisors, and actuaries to track claim trends and maintain operational effectiveness. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in liability insurance claims, with a strong preference for those with expertise in professional liability. A bachelor’s degree is required, and a J.D. is preferred. Strong leadership skills and proficiency in technical writing are essential.
