The Automation Software Engineer is tasked with creating, developing, and sustaining automation solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and fulfilling business needs. This role involves validating solutions prior to their deployment, overseeing production systems, and addressing incidents to maintain reliability. Applicants should possess practical experience with at least one programming or scripting language, along with a proven capability to integrate systems through APIs. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities are necessary to assist both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
