The Principal Engineering Manager is tasked with defining the technical direction, cultivating and guiding top-tier engineering teams, and implementing robust identity and authentication solutions. This role involves influencing the product roadmap, maintaining operational excellence, and communicating the team’s achievements to both executive leadership and clients. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of 6 years of engineering experience and strong skills in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, or Python. Furthermore, candidates are preferred to have over 3 years of experience in managing teams, as well as a background in identity, security, or distributed systems.
