Job description
The Finance Manager is responsible for assisting guests with their financing, leasing, and protection product selections, while ensuring all deals are structured correctly and adhere to regulatory requirements. This role involves fostering robust relationships with lenders and collaborating with the sales team to enhance the guest experience with transparency and efficiency. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a franchised dealership, especially with a focus on luxury brands. A strong understanding of menu selling, compliance protocols, and dealership software systems such as Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK is essential.
