**Job Title: Service Advisor**
The Service Advisor serves as the main point of contact between clients and service team members, overseeing the entire repair process from the first interaction to vehicle retrieval. Key duties involve coordinating appointments, delivering precise repair estimates, and ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a Service Advisor role and be skilled in using DMS software such as Reynolds & Reynolds. Excellent organizational and communication abilities are crucial for thriving in a dynamic dealership atmosphere.
